Processing

The gold Initials have a lead time of 1 week. Other website products have a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Custom pieces are estimated to require 4-5 weeks for production. Please email info@witholiviagrace.com for specific lead times on your order. 

If your order is a rush, please email info@witholiviagrace.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to With Olivia Grace due to several failed delivery attempts).

• We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase (does not apply to custom orders). We do not provide refunds.
• All returns and exchanges require approval. Please email info@witholiviagrace.com
• We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
• To protect your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging. 
• For custom pieces, you have two days from the purchase day to cancel or make changes. 
• Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
• Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

With Olivia Grace reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

Warranty

With Olivia Grace offers a complimentary 30-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a production defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains. Resizes are not included.
