We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Custom, engraved, or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long is the process for selecting an engagement ring or creating a custom piece?

Each client varies! It could take several appointments to find your dream stone. Once a stone(s) is selected, our handmade mountings take about 3-4 weeks. If you are on a deadline, just let us know!

Do you charge a custom design fee?

More complicated products can have a design fee but simpler projects will not. This is something we will let you know once we’ve gauged the scope of the project.

Do you offer scrap metal services?

We are able to take apart and melt your unused pieces for cash! Please note that if you ask us to melt the metal for you, we charge a 15% service fee. Any unused gemstones will be returned to you.Β 

Can I return or exchange a gift card?

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I use a gift card for custom orders?

Yes, gift cards can be applied to custom orders as long as the purchase is made on witholiviagrace.com.

Do gift cards expire?
