1. Placing An Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Please double-check all details before completing your purchase, as we cannot make changes to your order or shipping information once it has been placed.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

3. Tracking An Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your order’s progress through the courier’s website.

4. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes, including the first customer welcome discount, can only be used on one (1) purchase and are applicable to full-price items only. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale or clearance items

5. Taxes & Duties

Taxes are calculated based on the total merchandise value and are determined by state sales tax regulations based on your shipping address. Taxes will be displayed at checkout once the shipping address is entered.

6. Missing / Stolen Orders

If tracking information indicates successful delivery but you have not received your package, please email us at info@witholiviagrace.com. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show delivery confirmation. For additional protection, consider shipping to a secure address.

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.

Can I change the contents of my order?

Alterations to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placement. For changes, please contact us at info@witholiviagrace.com as soon as possible.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

If your order is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at info@witholiviagrace.com. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and determine if a replacement can be issued. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.
