Return Packaging & Inspection

- To protect your package, we will issue a Return Label to ensure proper insurance for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected upon return. Merchandise must meet the following criteria to be accepted:

- Returned in original condition with all original packaging.

- Securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

- Exchanges and store credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees.

Custom Orders & Special Cases

- Custom pieces can be canceled or changed within 2 days of finalizing the purchase.

- Rings ordered online are considered special orders due to sizing and are subject to a 15% restocking fee for exchanges or cancellations if the ring is still in production.

Final Sale Items:

- Engraved or embossed products.

- Custom and personalized items (e.g., initials, lettering, birthstones, or custom sizes).

- Variations in size, color, or customizations unavailable for "as-is" purchase on our website.

- Gift Cards are non-refundable.

We want you to love your purchase! We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, and engraved items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Label to ensure your package is properly insured.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was sent in error.
  • There is a product defect.

For exchanges, shipping for the first exchange is free for orders over $500. For orders under $500 or additional exchanges, customers cover the shipping fees.

What is the condition requirement for returns?

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:

How long does it take to process an exchange or store credit?

Can I return custom or engraved items?

Unfortunately, custom, personalized, or engraved items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products with initials, custom sizes, or birthstones.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible returns or exchanges. Store credits can be used toward future purchases on witholiviagrace.com or applied to a customized version of an existing item.
