RING SIZE CHART

Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature (fingers shrink or expand when cold or hot). You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose.
If you are between sizes, order a larger size.
BRACELET SIZE CHART
Measure the diameter of your wrist with a soft measuring tape. Add half an inch to make the bracelet fits comfortably.
For example, if your wrist diameter measures 6.5”, we recommend ordering a 7” bracelet.

Ready to ship items have a processing time of 3-4 business days. Other website products or "custom items" have a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Please email info@witholiviagrace.com if you have questions about lead times on your order.
If your order is a rush, please email info@witholiviagrace.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
Shipping
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to With Olivia Grace due to several failed delivery attempts).

- We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase (does not apply to custom orders). We do not provide refunds.
- All returns and exchanges require approval. Please email info@witholiviagrace.com
- We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
- To protect your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging.
- For custom pieces, you have two days from the purchase day to cancel or make changes.
- Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
With Olivia Grace reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a production defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains. Resizes are not included.
