Shipping & Processing 

PROCESSING TIME

• Website products have a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Custom pieces are estimated to require 4-6 weeks for production. Please email info@witholiviagrace.com for specific lead times on your order. 

• If your order is a rush, please email info@witholiviagrace.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

SHIPPING

• Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to With Olivia Grace due to several failed delivery attempts).

• Average shipping times: Please note that our processing times still apply. 

  • UPS or FedEx Ground (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • UPS or FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • UPS or FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays)
